From Monday to Friday, we receive almost 90 children in Balvanera so they can have a snack, play, read, do their homework, and play soccer. Thus, a team of young professionals and a large group of volunteers help children incorporate human and Augustinian values through play. The main message we aim to convey is that beyond the challenging environment in which the children participating in our organization were born, they are not defined by it. They have the opportunity to forge a different future through effort, perseverance, and the discovery of their talents.
We also want to tell you that Sharon, at 26 years old, returned to ASS after 13 years of participating in our organization. She is now a woman working at Farmacity, studying a Technical Degree in Safety and Hygiene, and has enrolled her 4-year-old daughter in the Social Service so she can also have wonderful experiences in our organization. We are happy to continue making a positive impact on her and her daughter.
